The Town of Olney Springs has adopted a Municipal Code referred to as the Muni-Code. It was first read and approved on July 9th 2024. A notice was then published in the Ordway New Era. The second reading and adoption was August 13th, 2024. The Muni-code will take full affect September 14th, 2024. A full copy is available at the town hall. It is 284 pages long, 142 front and back. To request a printed copy will cost $.25 per page. Will try and post popular sections on the website like dog registrations, nuisances, fence permits etc. You can always call the clerk and ask to send you digital copies of certain sections for free.
