Notice for Nomination Petition for the April 7, 2026, Municipal Election

Positions are as follows: (1) Mayor 2-year term, (3) Trustees 4-year term  

Persons interested in running for office may pick up a nomination petition from the Town of Olney Springs, Town Clerk's office located at 401 Warner Ave until January 22nd, 2026.  Petitions must be returned by January 26, 2026. 

Interested candidates must be registered to vote and reside in town limits for 12 months consecutively.  

Unregistered voters can register to vote by March 8, 2026, at the Crowley County Clerk and Recorder's Office located at 631 Main Street Suite 102 or online at www.sos.state.co.us.

Town of Olney Springs

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON APRIL 7, 2026 between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm an election will be held in the Town of Olney Springs, in the Olney Springs Town Hall at 401 Warner Ave, Olney Springs, Colorado.

               Registered Voters within the Town limits of Olney Springs will vote on the election of three (3) seats on the Board of Trustees and one (1) Mayor seat.

               At such election, three (3) trustees will be elected. The three (3) trustee seats will be a four (4) year term.
